Why it helps
Touch is one of the first senses a baby develops and one of their main ways to communicate. Soft, warm contact gives them security, calms them and helps them regulate their body.
Clockwise circles on the belly — the direction the gut moves — help gas move along and ease colic. Around the nose and cheeks, they help with congestion and teething. On legs, arms and back, long strokes relax.

When it’s best to wait
There are times when it is better to postpone a session or get your doctor’s approval first. It is not a “no” forever: it is taking good care of you. We go over all of this together at your first assessment.
Message us before booking. We listen, review your history and, if needed, wait together for your doctor’s approval.
Ask on WhatsApp-
Fever or illness
When the baby is unwell, they need rest and, if needed, their pediatrician.
-
Skin infections or wounds
We avoid those areas or wait for them to heal.
-
An unhealed navel
The area is not touched until it has fully healed.
-
A recent vaccine
We avoid the injection site for a few days.
-
If the baby shows they do not want it
Crying, fussing or turning away: we stop. The baby always sets the pace.
