What information is handled
Technical information about your visit. Like any website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) logs basic technical data — IP address, browser type, date and page requested — to keep the site secure and running. We do not use it to identify you.
Measurement and advertising data, if you accept it. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel collect information about how you use the site: pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate location (city or region) and how you arrived. They use identifiers stored in cookies, not your name. Note that the addresses of the pages you visit may suggest the treatment you are interested in (for example, the post-op massage page).
What you choose to tell us. If you message us on WhatsApp, email or call us, we receive the data you share: your name, phone or email and your message. Those conversations do not go through this website; they are also governed by the policies of WhatsApp (Meta), Google (Gmail) or your carrier.
What we use it for
- Keeping the site secure and running.
- Understanding which content is useful and improving the site (Google Analytics).
- Measuring and showing our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who may be interested (Meta Pixel).
- Replying to your messages and managing your appointments when you write to us.
Health information
This website does not ask for health information. If you share it on WhatsApp or by email so we can assess your case, we use it only for that. The health record filled in at your appointment is confidential, used only for your treatment and never shared with advertising platforms. Please avoid emailing sensitive medical information unless necessary.
Who it is shared with
- Hostinger, our web hosting provider.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel), only if you accept advertising cookies. Policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Sharing data with Meta for advertising may count as “targeted advertising” or, under some state laws, a “sale” of data. That is why you can opt out at any time (see “Your rights”).
How long it is kept
- Server logs: as long as Hostinger keeps them for security, usually a few weeks.
- Google Analytics: up to 14 months.
- Meta Pixel: under Meta’s policy; the _fbp cookie lasts 90 days.
- Messages you send us: as long as needed to serve you and keep your appointment history.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct it if it is inaccurate.
- Delete it.
- Opt out of targeted advertising and the “sale” of your data.
If you live in New Jersey, the New Jersey Data Privacy Act recognizes these rights; residents of other states, such as California, have similar rights. To exercise them, email estetica.martacbonilla@gmail.com. We will reply within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Quick ways to say no:
- Click “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page and turn off analytics and advertising.
- If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it automatically: Meta Pixel is not loaded.
- Google offers an add-on to opt out of Analytics: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- You can adjust your ads on Meta: facebook.com/adpreferences.
Security
The site is always served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No system is 100% secure, but we keep the information handled to a minimum.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Baby services are always booked by parents or guardians.
Links to other sites
We link to WhatsApp, Instagram, Trustpilot and Google Maps. Once you leave this site, their policies apply.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date on this page. If the change is significant, we will mention it in the cookie notice.
