Marta C. was born in a small town in Casanare, Colombia, as an answer to what its founder saw while studying aesthetics: abuse, discrimination and shallow treatment of people. She set out to create the opposite: a place where every client is treated with respect and care.
It started in a community hall, grew to the capital and earned the trust of whole communities. Today we see clients in Elizabeth, New Jersey, still connected to Colombia, with the same premise: body, mind and spirit are treated together.
Before the first session there is a conversation, a health record and an honest assessment. From there we build a plan made for you.

Do I need an appointment?+
Yes. We work by appointment only so each person gets our full time. Book on WhatsApp at +1 (908) 570-0757.
Where are you located?+
We see clients in Elizabeth, New Jersey, including people from Union, Linden, Hillside, Roselle and nearby towns. The exact location is confirmed when you book.
Will I get my figure back?+
You can get close to the shape you want — with discipline. Results come from consistent sessions, good food and movement. We do not promise miracles.
Do I need to come back?+
Yes. Results hold by coming back regularly. We will tell you how often for your case.
What if I had surgery recently?+
We do a full assessment before any post-surgical treatment and always follow your surgeon’s instructions. If you have not had surgery yet, message us beforehand and we will plan your schedule together.
What language do you work in?+
Care is mainly in Spanish, warm and close like family.
